grau GmbH (grau), founded in 1987 and based in Isselburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, specialises in the production and distribution of dog and cat food as well as special pet food. In November 2022, the management of grau GmbH filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings under self-administration with the Münster Local Court through its authorised representatives. Mr Stephan Michels, lawyer at MICHELS Vorast Insolvenzverwaltung GbR, was appointed as administrator by the court.
